Delingha (Hanzi: 德令哈; Pinyin: Délìnghā; Tibet: གཏེར་ལེན་ཁ།; Wylie: gter-len-kha; ZWPY: Dêrlênka), atau Delhi (bahasa Mongolia: Delhi panas), adalah ibu kota pemerintahan Prefektur Otonomi Haixi Mongol dan Tibetan dan kota industri di provinsi Qinghai utara, Tiongkok. Terletak sekitar 200 km sebelah tenggara dari wilayah administratif Da Qaidam. Sungai Bayin membagi kota ini menjadi dua bagian: Hedong (河东; 'Sungai Timur') dan Hexi (河西; 'Sungai Barat'). [1]

Didirikan pada tahun 1988, Delingha mengelola 7 divisi tingkat township yang meliputi area seluas 27.700 km² dan memiliki total populasi 78.184 jiwa, menjadikannya sebagai kota terkecil di antara 5 kota yang ada di Qinghai. Nama ini berasal dari bahasa Mongolia yang berarti "dunia emas" ᠠᠯᠲᠠᠨ ᠳᠡᠯᠡᠬᠡᠢ,[1] yang mencerminkan penduduk Mongol yang relatif besar di kota ini. Zona administratif Da Qaidam bergabung dengan Delingha pada pertengahan 2018.
