Chapman terkenal karena perannya sebagai tokoh protagonis, Billy, di Billy Elliot the Musical, Perannya sebagai Stanley di The Revolting World Of Stanley Brown dan perannya sebagai Tommen Baratheon di season ke-4 dan season ke-5 di acara televisi terkenal HBO, yaitu Game of Thrones.
