Dayr al-Shaykh (bahasa Arab: دير الشيخ), juga disebut Deir esh Sheikh, adalah sebuah desa Arab Palestina di Subdistrik Yerusalem, yang juga dikenal sebagai koridor Yerusalem. Desa tersebut dikosongkan pada Perang Arab-Israel 1948. Desa tersebut berjarak 16 kilometer (9,9 mi) dari barat Yerusalem.
