David "Dave" Klein (lahir Desember 1972) adalah sinematografer berkebangsaan Amerika Serikat. Namanya dikenal melalui karya-karyanya bersama sutradara Kevin Smith dalam Clerks, Mallrats, Chasing Amy, Clerks II, Zack and Miri Make a Porno, Cop Out, dan Red State.[1]
Klein merupakan salah satu anggota dari American Society of Cinematographers yang masih menangani proyek sebagai direktur fotografi untuk dua serial televisi, True Blood, di HBO; dan Homeland, di Showtime. Klein juga menangani film Homeland musim ke-tiga, mengambil alih tugas yang sebelumnya dipegang oleh Nelson Cragg yang pada saat sama juga mengerjakan serial televisi untuk dua musim.[2]
