Danau Simcoe (bahasa Inggris: Lake Simcoe, bahasa Prancis: Lac Simcoe) adalah sebuah danau yang terletak di provinsi Ontario, Kanada. Danau ini berbatasan dengan Kabupaten Simcoe, Region Durham, dan Region York. Kota Barrie terletak di Teluk Kempenfelt, dan Orillia terletak di pintu masuk ke Danau Couchiching. Pengaliran DAS ke danau berisi populasi sekitar setengah juta orang, termasuk bagian utara Wilayah Toronto Raya (GTA).

Kota Georgina terletak di sepanjang pantai selatan Danau Simcoe dan terdiri dari kota-kota dan komunitas perumahan yang lebih kecil, termasuk Keswick di Cook's Bay, Sutton, Jackson's Point, Pefferlaw, dan Udora.
