Total Access Communication Public Company Limited, yang lebih dikenal sebagai DTAC, adalah penyedia telepon pintar GSM terbesar ketiga[1][2] di Thailand setelah AIS dan True. DTAC dimiliki oleh Telenor secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, dan kedua perusahaan tersebut berbagi logo yang sama.[3] Hingga 31 Desember 2011, DTAC memiliki 23.2 juta pelanggan dengan saham pasar dari para pelanggannya berkisar sekitar 20 persen.[4] Pada 2019, perusahaan tersebut memiliki 20.642 juta pelanggan telepon pintar dan 3904 karyawan. Perusahaan tersebut terdaftar di bursa efek Singapura dan bursa saham Thailand.[5]
