Conference House (juga disebut "Bentley Manor")[3] dibangun sebelum 1680 dan telretak dekat ujung paling selatan negara bagian New York di Staten Island, yang kemudian dikenal sebagai "Billop's Point" pada abad ke-18. Konferensi Perdamaian Staten Island diadakan di sini pada 11 September 1776, yang gagal mengakhiri Perang Revolusi Amerika.
