Community Health Systems Inc. adalah perusahaan Fortune 500 yang berbasis di Franklin, Tenessee. Perusahaan ini adalah penyedia layanan rumah sakit umum terbesar di Amerika Serikat berdasarkan jumlah fasilitias perawatan penyakit akut yang dimiliki. Pada bulan Januari 2014, perusahaan ini mengoperasikan 206 rumah sakit di 29 negara bagian Amerika Serikat. Perusahaan ini dijual ke publik pada tahun 1991. Pada tahun 1996, perusahaan dibeli oleh perusahaan permodalan Frostmann Little & Company. Namun pada tahun 2000, Community Health Systems kembali dijual ke publik.[1]
