Coldrain adalah band metalcore Jepang dari Nagoya, dibentuk tahun 2007.[2] Band ini memadukan nyanyian melodis dengan jeritan-jeritan tipikal genre post-hardcore.

Pada tahun 2009, grup ini meluncurkan single mereka: "8AM", yang juga digunakan sebagai lagu tema seri anime: Hajime no Ippo: New Challenger.[8]

Band merilis EP mereka: Nothing Lasts Forever pada 23 Juni 2010. Salah satu lagunya, "We’re Not Alone", digunakan sebagai lagu tema pembuka seri anime: Rainbow: Nisha Rokubō no Shichinin.[9] Lagu yang lain, "Die Tomorrow", digunakan sebagai lagu pengiring Pro Evolution Soccer 2011.[10]
