Clark Virgil Terry Jr.[1] (14 Desember 1920 – 21 Februari 2015) adalah seorang pemain trompet, swing, bebop, pelopor seruling dalam jazz, dan seorang komposer juga pendidik.
Dia bermain dengan Charlie Barnet (1947), Count Basie (1948–51),[2] Duke Ellington (1951–59),[2] Quincy Jones (1960), dan Oscar Peterson (1964-96). Dia bersama The Tonight Show Band dari 1962 hingga 1972. Kariernya di jazz berlangsung lebih dari 70 tahun, di mana dia menjadi salah satu musisi jazz yang paling banyak direkam, tampil di lebih dari 900 rekaman. Terry juga membimbing Quincy Jones, Miles Davis, Herbie Hancock, Wynton Marsalis, Pat Metheny, Dianne Reeves, dan Terri Lyne Carrington.[3]
