Cholla adalah keluarga rupa huruf yang diciptakan oleh Sibylle Hagmann pada tahun 1998-99 dan diberi nama sesuai dengan nama tanaman kaktus yang banyak ditemui di Gurun Mojave.
Awalnya Cholla dikembangkan untuk the Art Center College of Design di Pasadena, California. Denise Gonzales Crisp, Carla Figueroa dan Sibylle Hagmann, berkolaborasi membuat 1 seri keluarga huruf yang memiliki banyak variasi. Variasi tersebut diperlukan untuk menampilkan 9 bagian/departemen yang berbeda-beda tapi 1 kesatuan the Art Center College of Design. Rupa huruf ini pertama kali muncul di katalog: the radically designed 1999/2000 Art Center.
