Charlie John Rowe (lahir 23 April 1996)[1][2] adalah seorang aktor asal Inggris. Peran-perannya dalam film antara lain Young Tommy dalam Never Let Me Go, James dalam The Boat That Rocked, Billy Costa dalam The Golden Compass, Peter dalam miniseri Neverland, dan memerankan Leo Roth dalam serial komedi-drama medis Red Band Society.

Kehidupan awal

Rowe lahir pada 23 April 1996 di Islington, London, dan dibesarkan bersama seorang saudara perempuan di Crouch End. Ia bersekolah di SD St Michael, Highgate. Ibunya, Sara, adalah seorang guru drama, dan ayahnya, Chris Rowe, adalah seorang aktor dan penulis.[2]
