Chametz, juga Chometz (Ḥametz, Ḥameṣ, Ḥameç dan pengucapan lainnya ditransliterasikan dari Ibrani: חָמֵץ / חמץ, khametz) adalah makanan berragi yang dilarang pada masa Paskah Yahudi. Menurut hukum Yahudi. Orang Yahudi tidak boleh memiliki, memakan atau memanfaatkan chametz selama hari-hari perayaan Paskah Yahudi yang berlangsung 7 hari sejak pertengahan bulan Nisan itu. Hukum ini muncul beberapa kali dalam Taurat; hukuman karena memakan chametz pada Paskah Yahudi adalah hukuman ilahi kareth ("pengucilan spiritual"), salah satu hukuman tingkat terberat dalam Yudaisme. Untuk non-Yahudi, hukuman tersebut dipahami setara dengan kutukan abadi.
