Ceán Chaffin (lahir 26 Juni 1957) adalah seorang produser film Amerika. Dia telah memenangkan beberapa penghargaan American Film Institute dan dinominasikan untuk beberapa Academy Awards. Chaffin sering berkolaborasi dengan suaminya, sutradara David Fincher.[1][2]
