Cargotec Oyj adalah sebuah perusahaan Finlandia yang membuat mesin penanganan kargo untuk kapal, pelabuhan, terminal, dan distribusi lokal. Cargotec dibentuk pada Juni 2005 ketika Kone Corporation dipecah menjadi dua perusahaan untuk didaftarkan: Cargotec dan KONE baru.[3]

Setelah perpecahan, unit-unit penanganan peti kemas Kone Corporation (Kalmar Global), penanganan muatan (HIAB) dan kargo laut (MacGregor) membentuk Cargotec. Namun, bisnis dalam Cargotec memiliki sejarah yang jauh lebih lama dan telah dibentuk melalui serangkaian merger dan akuisisi selama beberapa dekade.[4]

Pada akhir 2019, Cargotec memiliki sekitar 12.500 personel yang bekerja di lebih dari 100 negara.
