Cal Wells (lahir 12 Oktober 1955) adalah seorang pengusaha dan mantan pemilik PPI Motorsports. Dia kemudian menjabat sebagai wakil presiden eksekutif operasi di Michael Waltrip Racing, mengawasi operasi sehari-hari dari tiga tim NASCAR Seri Piala dan satu tim Seri Nasional, hingga Juli 2011.[1]

Sebelum bermitra dengan Michael Waltrip Racing, Wells memiliki PPI (Precision Preparation, Inc.) Motorsports yang didirikan pada tahun 1979, yang menjadi organisasi Seri Piala dengan kinerja terbaik dari tahun 2000 hingga 2006. Sebagai pemilik tim Piala, Wells mengunjungi Victory Lane dua kali bersama Ricky Craven di balik kemudi entri PPI Motorsports-nya. Banyaknya pembalapnya juga membuatnya mendapatkan 10 posisi lima besar, 26 posisi 10 besar dan tiga penghargaan pole selama masa jabatannya sebagai pemilik di divisi top-touring.
