CXCL10
CXCL10 (bahasa Inggris: interferon-gamma induced protein, γ-IP10, IP-10) adalah kemokina bermotif C-X-C dengan ligan 10, dan mempunyai massa 10 kDa.[4]
IP-10 disekresi oleh beberapa sel sebagai respon terhadap hormon IFN-γ, termasuk monosit, sel endotelial, dan fibroblas.[5]
IP-10 diketahui turut berperan sebagai:
- mediator kemotaksis bagi monosit, makrofaga, sel T, sel NK dan DC
- stimulan adhesi sel T ke sel endotelial
- aktivitas anti-tumor
- inhibitor pembentukan koloni pada sumsum tulang dan proses angiogenesis,[6][7] setelah mengikatkan dirinya pada permukaan sel pada pencerap kemokina CXCR3.[8]
Gen IP-10 terletak pada kromosom 4 pada kluster yang bersamaan dengan beberapa kemokina CXC lainnya.[9]
