Bozhou (Hanzi: 亳州; Pinyin: Bózhōu) adalah sebuah prefektur di barat laut provinsi Anhui , Tiongkok. Berbatasan dengan Huaibei di timur laut, Bengbu di tenggara, Huainan di selatan, Fuyang di barat daya, dan Henan di utara. Populasinya 4.850.657 jiwa pada sensus tahun 2010, di antaranya 1.409.436 jiwa tinggal di daerah yang baru dibangun di distrik perkotaan Qiaocheng, meskipun di wilayah county sebagian besar masih berbentuk daerah pedesaan.
