BioScience adalah jurnal ilmiah bulanan tinjauan sejawat yang diterbitkan oleh Oxford University Press atas nama American Institute of Biological Sciences.[1] Jurnal ini didirikan pada tahun 1964 dan sebelumnya didahului oleh AIBS Bulletin (1951–1963).

Jurnal ini menerbitkan tinjauan pustaka mengenai penelitian terkini dalam bidang biologi, serta esai dan bagian diskusi mengenai pendidikan, kebijakan publik, sejarah biologi, dan isu-isu teoretis.[2]

Pengabstrakan dan pengindeksan

Jurnal ini terindeks dan diabstraksi dalam MEDLINE/PubMed (1973–1979),[3] Science Citation Index, Current Contents/Agriculture, Biology & Environmental Sciences, The Zoological Record, dan BIOSIS Previews.[4] Menurut Journal Citation Reports, jurnal ini memiliki faktor dampak tahun 2020 sebesar 8,589.[5]
