Batang bunga
Dalam botani, batang bunga adalah gagang bunga yang timbul dari batang bawah tanah atau sangat padat, dengan ruas bawah sangat panjang dan karenanya sedikit atau tidak ada daun pelindung kecuali bagian dekat tulang daun atau reseptakel .[1] Biasanya berbentuk batang berbunga panjang tanpa daun yang tumbuh langsung dari umbi, rimpang, atau struktur bawah tanah atau bawah air serupa.
Batang bunga daun bawang, kucai, kucai, dan bawang putih digunakan sebagai sayuran.[2]
