Alex Chow Wing Hong (Hanzi: 周永康; Sidney Lau: Jau1 Wing5 Hong1; lahir 18 Agustus 1990) adalah seorang aktivis sosial dari Hong Kong dan kandidat doktoral saat ini dalam bidang geografi di University of California, Berkeley.[1][2] Ia adalah mantan sekretaris-jenderal Federasi Pelajar Hong Kong[3][4] dan mantan Wakil Presiden (Eksternal) Serikat Pelajar Universitas Hong Kong.[5]
