ACER2
Alkaline ceramidase 2 juga dikenal sebagai ACER2 adalah enzim ceramidase yang pada manusia dikodekan oleh gen ACER2.[5]
Fungsi
Jalur ACER2/sphingosine memainkan peran penting dalam mengatur pematangan subunit integrin β1 (ITGB1) dan adhesi sel yang dimediasi oleh integrin β1.[6]
