9K38 Igla (Rusia: Игла, "jarum") adalah rudal permukaan-ke-udara (SAM) portabel homing inframerah Rusia / Soviet. "9K38" adalah penunjukan sistem Grau Rusia. Penunjukan US DoD adalah SA-18 dan pelaporan nama NATO adalah Grouse, disederhanakan, versi sebelumnya dikenal sebagai 9K310 Igla-1, atau SA-16 Gimlet.
Varian terbaru adalah 9K338 Igla-S, pelaporan nama NATO SA-24 Grinch. Telah diterjunkan oleh Angkatan Darat Rusia sejak tahun 2004.[ 1]
Terdapat sebuah peluncur rudal 9K38 dua barel disebut Djigit.[ 2]
