53 temperamen sama dalam seni musik disebut juga 53 TET, 53 EDO, atau 53 ET, adalah skala temperemen yang didapat dari membagi oktaf dengan 53 nada sama (rasio frekuensi sama).Playⓘ Setiap nada mewakili 21⁄53 rasio frekuensi, atau 22.6415 sen (Playⓘ), intervalnya terkadang disebut Holdrian comma.
