3FM adalah stasiun radio Belanda yang dikendalikan oleh lembaga penyiaran publik NPO. Formatnya adalah kombinasi dari lagu hit kontemporer, alternatif dan rock. Hal ini dapat dibandingkan dengan BBC Radio 1.
Saat ini, ada beberapa penyiaran yang bersiaran di 3FM pada hari kerja: VARA, TROS, NTR, AVRO, KRO, BNN, dan VPRO
Sejumlah lembaga penyiaran memiliki kurang udara-waktu, karena fakta bahwa mereka lebih kecil dalam ukuran keanggotaan, atau bahwa mereka tidak punya banyak minat di bidang penyiaran di 3FM. Ini adalah PowNed (Jumat sore dan malam), EO (Minggu malam) dan NCRV (Minggu malam). TROS membagi pemrograman antara hari Jumat, Sabtu dan Minggu.
3FM juga mempunyai tanggaa lagu Mega Top 50, ajang penghargaan 3FM Awards, serta acara request 3FM Serious Request.
